Like many others, Kevin started his business with a vision and a lot of hard work. He does, however, hold a unique role in his firm, unlike most roofing company proprietors. He has focused on putting together a team to handle day-to-day operations so that he can work ON the business and develop new leaders. “I want everyone who comes to my company to get more life skills so that when they leave, they can take what they've learned and apply it to whatever they want to do,” he says.
Kevin Barrelle is the CEO and Founder of Barrelle Roofing, a full-service roofing company with more than 22 years of expertise in delivering high-quality roofing solutions. He also owns a property investment company. He’s a fitness freak and an active hunter, in addition to being a business coach and motivational speaker.
