Working For A Dream

Nov 29, 2021

What is it like to lose a loved one forever? The pain and sadness will never go away completely, and they may paralyze you emotionally and physically, bringing your life to a standstill. However, life is not going to stop for anything. So, instead of wallowing in misery, you must learn to cope with and overcome the situation.

Patrick lost both of his parents in under 60 days. He lost his mom unexpectedly in September. His dad's been battling cancer for the past four years, and he breathed his last recently, this past Tuesday, in front of his kids and loved ones. As Patrick recounts, “It's one of the most surreal experiences that you can live.” His life came to a grinding halt, and he became powerless. Nothing started improving until he took responsibility and began working on resetting his mind and refocusing on the goals he’s yet to accomplish in life.

In this episode of the Working For A Dream podcast, Patrick is here to empower you and offer you the tools to deal with any unexpected sadness or loss in your life.

“This will not be your forever situation,” your host assures you. He is a living proof to tell you “how you can change your environment once you change yourself.” Listen in to hear more about how to pick yourself up when life is falling apart.
